The guest list! We'll be joined by several incredible women from the wedding and event industry.

Some are building businesses while raising children. Some have spent more than 15 years growing and evolving their companies. Some are in seasons of exciting growth, while one is thoughtfully choosing to close a chapter she has spent years building. Each has a different story, a different perspective, and a different definition of success.

I've invited them because one of the most important lessons I've learned is that there isn't a single "right" way to build a career, a business, or a life. We grow by hearing different stories, learning from different experiences, and building relationships with people who have walked paths we may not have considered ourselves.

Whether you're hoping to strengthen relationships with vendors you work alongside on wedding days, learn more about entrepreneurship, hear how other women navigate leadership and motherhood, gain perspective on a long career in our industry, or simply enjoy meaningful conversation, I hope you'll take advantage of the opportunity.

There is no agenda and no expectation. My hope is simply that you leave feeling encouraged, inspired, and supported in whatever goals and dreams matter most to you.
